Transport to fincas and hillside plots
On Mallorca the road is rarely the problem. The last hundred metres are: the camino with dry stone walls either side, the gate with 2.60 metres of clearance, the slope behind the house.
What we check beforehand
- Width and turning radius of the access
- Load capacity of paths and drives, especially with old cisterns underneath
- Height of gates, branches and cables
- Turning space for a lorry with a crane
- The ground at the installation point, because a crane outrigger does not stand on soft soil

When no crane can reach
Then a tracked crane, rollers and winches, or the object travels in parts and is joined on site. In very difficult positions by helicopter, which happens about once a year and costs accordingly.
There is hardly a plot that nothing can be brought onto. There are only plots where the figure has to be known in advance.
Costs
For objects up to 100 kilograms with drivable access the transport is in the price. Anything above that we cost out and put in front of you with the offer. No additions on the day of installation.
Time
From order to installation usually 3 to 4 weeks, depending on whether the work is already on the island or comes from the studio.
